Academic Schedules (Changes possible)

Quick guide to using the Lukkarikone:

Log in to the Lukkarikone with your own VAMK ID
Start creating your own schedule in the calendar view
Click Group Search above and enter the group code for your group in the search box
When you click the Search button, you will get the groups you searched for
Click + Add to add the timetable of the group you selected to your calendar
By selecting Realization search, you can also search for individual implementations with either the group ID or with the implementation name / ID and add these to your schedule.
You can delete unnecessary schedules through the Index menu

Retakes 2020–2021

The students will enroll for the retake with e-form (electronic form). The e-form will be closed seven (7) days before the retake. Thus it is impossible to enroll after this. Enrolling by e-mail or telephone is not possible.

The retakes are organized on Wednesdays and the retake last for 3 x 45 minutes. The handing out of the exam papers begins at 15.30 so that the retake exam can start at 15.45. The retakes take place in the festival hall (Wolffintie 30) if not otherwise instructed.

ATTENTION! You can do only two retakes at the same time. The student will take care that she/he will receive both of the exams before the retake starts. See more detailed instructions here.
