Verification of Documents and Tuition Fees

Once you have confirmed your study place at, please deliver photocopies of educational certificates that you have used for applying to Admission Services. Send documents primarily by email to address OR by postal mail to the following address:

Deadline to submit documents is 15 July 2020 at 3pm Finnish time. Send copies only if you have completed on one of the following:

  • Foreign qualification completed outside Finland
  • Vocational Degree completed in Finland before 2017
  • The Finnish general upper secondary school syllabus (applicants without matriculation examination)
  • a Finnish post-secondary or higher vocational level diploma
  • a Finnish vocational upper secondary qualification or a further or specialist vocational qualification

Original school leaving certificates will be checked from all admitted applicants at the beginning of studies. Study place is conditional until original certificates have been verified at the Admission Services. UAS can cancel the study place if student fails to present original certificates or has given wrong information in the online application. Original documents should be delivered to Admission Services for verification.

Student who has enrolled for non-attendance: Documents proving the legal grounds for your absence should be delivered to Admission Services within two weeks after enrolment period has ended.  If you have not presented documents by the aforementioned deadline, you will lose your study right.

Non-EU/EEA students: Tuition fee should be paid by 10 July 2020 at the latest. More information on fees can be found at VAMK website.  If tuition fee is not paid until deadline, you will lose your study right.

Enrolment for academic year

After confirming study place, please submit your enrolment for the academic year through OILI - Digital Enrollment Service for Higher Education Institutions. Notice that enrolment is not possible until tuition fee has been paid (non-EU/EEA applicants)
