    • DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) phases and methods
    • Defining Six Sigma projects in qualitative and quantitative terms
    • Failure Mode Effects Analysis and Statistical process control

    Grading scale: 1-5 or fail. Assessment consists of

    • case studies and/or article reviews (10%)
    • lean Six Sigma Project (40%)
    • final Exam (50%)
