Dear Graduates

You stand here today to receive a public acknowledgement for your accomplishment.

The fact that you foreign students chose to study in an unfamiliar culture - and in a country that has such a cold climate - testifies to your exceptional courage. In fact you started your international careers already when you arrived in Finland and Vaasan ammattikorkeakoulu. On behalf of the entire staff, I thank you for the experience you were willing to share with us.

As you now embark on your journey toward your next goal in life, I hope that the education provided by Vaasan ammattikorkeakoulu, University of Applied Sciences, has equipped you with the necessary faculties to succeed professionally in the global environment.
