Vaasa International Talents Programme Connects Students and Employers
The Vaasa International Talents Programme supports international students in developing the skills, knowledge, and networks needed to succeed in Finnish working life. The programme is a joint initiative of five higher education institutions in Vaasa and aims to help international students integrate into the Finnish labour market and build careers in the region after graduation.
Through competence development, career guidance, and networking opportunities, participants gain valuable insights into Finnish work culture while building connections with employers and other professionals. The programme also offers companies an easy way to engage with international talent and strengthen their recruitment opportunities.
