Herizon Internship Program autumn 2025
HIP is a 12–14 week experience that helps students gain real-world skills through project-based internships in business or tech roles. You’ll learn to work in fast-paced environments, solve real problems, and apply your skills with continuous iteration and experimentation.
Program Breakdown
- Bootcamp (2 weeks / 40h) Learn the essentials of working life through assignments that test your motivation, critical thinking, and time management.
- Matching (1 week) After bootcamp, you’ll enter the talent pool and get matched with a company based on your interests and skills.
- Internship (10–12 weeks / 360h) Work on real projects with a company. You’ll report progress bi-weekly, attend support sessions, and gain hands-on experience.
Focus Areas
Tech Track
- Automate, document, and improve technical processes
- Apply AI tools like Copilot to solve challenges
- Use experimentation to tackle bottlenecks
Business Track
- Improve content, sales, and marketing processes
- Work with data and customer insights
- Run experiments to boost business outcomes
Your Role as an Intern
- Work on real deliverables
- Report regularly (progress, learnings, next steps)
- Join review and mentoring sessions
- Track your hours and tasks transparently
- Total workload: 400 hours = 15 ECTS
Eligibility Criteria
- You are studying Energy Technology, Information Technology, or International Business
- The internship is suitable for your current stage of studies, with time available to complete it.
- You have a minimum GPA of 2.5
- You have not yet completed your mandatory internship
