Welcome to Pori West Coast Cooperation Workshop!

The West Coast Program workshop will address key themes such as the metaverse of electrical and automation engineering, additive manufacturing, hydrogen production, and logistics related to energy solutions. During the workshop, participants will divide into thematic groups and collaborate to develop innovative solutions.

13:00–14:00 Opening of the West Coast Workshop by members of the steering group. Overview of the West Coast Program: current status, updates on administration and communication – presented by the coordination team
14:00–17:00 West Coast Workshop – Group formation and kick-off work in four themes:

• Metaverse in electrical and automation engineering – Case 1: Wind power

• Additive manufacturing – What are our key focuses, and what can we offer to industry?

• Hydrogen production and usage – Regional perspectives (education, transport, and industrial environment)

• Logistics and security of supply in the context of energy solutions
