Strong Interest for Energy Studies in National Joint Application

In the national joint application that ended today, Vaasa University of Applied Sciences’ most popular degree program in English was again the Bachelor of Engineering programme in Energy Technology.

A total of almost 1 600 applications were submitted to Vaasa University of Applied Sciences in the autumn joint application that ended today. Energy Technology programme received over 17 applications for one available study place, which made it once again one of VAMK’s most popular programmes among applicants. The other programme available fully in English in this application round was Industrial Engineering.

The students for both Bachelor’s degrees in will be selected via entrance exam called UAS Exam held on November 6th, 2026. The results of the student selection will be available by November 19th and the study place must be accepted by students no later than November 26th at 3 pm EET. The studies begin in January 2027.
