Vaasa Arts and Science Carnival is a multilingual popular science event for everyone. On November 17 and 18 we offer a total of 36 hours of discussions, interviews, lectures and presentations on three stages in the center of Vaasa.

Did you know that interesting research is being conducted near you? Come listen to fascinating presentations and get to know researchers from various universities and colleges in Vaasa. The researchers will discuss the latest trends in research and how global problems can be solved locally. At the same time, you’ll also learn about what researchers in other parts of Finland are studying.

The event is organized in collaboration by the University of Vaasa, Svenska Litteratursällskapet i Finland, Hanken, the Faculty of Law at the University of Helsinki, Vaasa University of Applied Sciences, Novia, Åbo Akademi, the City of Vaasa, and HSS Media.”
