Project Description
We design and pilot an online, Finnish-language continuous learning training program for developing business based on the circular economy.
Objectives
Our goal is to support the labor market by producing new competences in the circular economy and to develop a multidisciplinary competence network that connects different sectors. The project supports continuous learning through participatory design and a digital learning environment.
Project Activities
Circular Economy Competence Network
- The project develops an open, multidisciplinary, cross-sectoral competence network to provide knowledge, solutions, and perspectives on the circular economy.
Practical Learning Material
- The material is based on design-driven innovation and the lean startup model, applying the principles of the circular economy.
Entrepreneurship-Supporting Training Program
- Based on the knowledge produced and feedback collected from the target group, a digital learning environment will be created, containing practical training materials and learning assignments.
