The Vaasa Finnish parish organizes student brunches in the spring of 2024
The Vaasa Finnish parish arranges student brunches once a month on Sundays at the Palosaari parish hall in the large community hall at Kapteeninkatu 14–16.
The price of the brunch is 5 euros for students/young adults and 10 euros for others. The events are enjoyable places to relax, and you can come alone or with friends. You can meet the university chaplain, as well as the young adult chaplain Katariina Korhonen, and the responsible parish priest of Palosaari, Terhi Nissilä. There won’t be any religious services at the events; instead, the purpose is to be together and enjoy good food at an affordable price. The brunch also takes into account special dietary options, such as lactose-free, vegan, and gluten-free diets.
The brunch dates are as follows:
- Sunday, January 21, from 12 pm to 2 pm
- Sunday, February 25, from 12 pm to 2 pm
- Sunday, March 17, from 12 pm to 2 pm
- Sunday, April 21, from 12 pm to 2 pm
