Project Description
Digital and Sustainable Service Innovation for the Cultural and Creative Sectors – Asiakaslähtöisyys palvelua kehitettäessä tarkoittaa ratkaisuja asiakkaan näkökulmasta. ServiceDigiCulture-projektin keskiössä on kulttuurialan osaajien palveluiden uudistaminen, innovointi ja asiakaslähtöisyys.
Objectives
The aim of the project is to strengthen the service innovation and service design skills of businesses, employees, and unemployed people in the cultural and creative industries, and to improve their ability to adapt to current and future societal changes, challenges, and exceptional situations such as the coronavirus pandemic. In this way, the project seeks to promote and maintain employment in the sector and to create a more sustainable foundation for it.
The project focuses especially on renewing and innovating services, considering how products could be turned into services in a customer-oriented way, and how these services could be made available to customers sustainably while anticipating changes in society and the industry. Digitalization can be used as a tool in this process.
