Study Crisis Leadership, Preparedness and Community Resilience
The programme prepares you for leadership and expert roles in Health Care and Social Services during crises and emergencies. You will learn to lead people and services under pressure, use digital tools to support care and coordination, and strengthen community resilience.

Study Structure
The scope of the studies is 90 ECTS, and the duration of the studies is about 1.5 year. The programme consists of core competence studies, supplementary competence studies, and the Master’s Thesis.

You Can Apply If You Have
- Eligible degrees include:
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
- Bachelor of Public Health Nurse or equivalent
- Bachelor of Social Services or equivalent
- Post-Secondary degree completed in Finland (completed before year 2000 and in the field of question)
- Also accepted are equivalent vocational higher education and post-secondary degrees completed in Finland as well as Bachelor’s completed abroad in the field of Health-Care /Social Services
- Additionally, you require 24 months of work experience in a related field after the award date of the final degree certificate
