Orientation Day for international students on 30.8.2023

Vaasa University of Applied Sciences is excited to extend a warm invitation to all international students to the upcoming Orientation Day on Wednesday, August 30th, 2023. The event will take place at 9:00 am in the B1022 auditorium on the VAMK premises.

Embracing the theme of ”How to Survive, Thrive and Flourish in a New Country,” this orientation aims to provide invaluable insights and strategies for students embarking on their educational journey in a foreign land. The highlight of the event will be a special guest speaker from Germany.

”We understand the challenges that come with starting your academic journey in a new country,” says Francis Oyeiyola, Talent Coach at VAMK. ”That’s why we’ve organized this orientation to help you not only survive, but also thrive during your time here.”
